We just made some changes to the way level service works. Used to be really easy to get started and get max level. This is simply to make people focus more on the early game which was completely ignored before.
From now on everyone will get Lv40 and Jobchange for free, all club members will be able to make Lv60.
Keep in mind that leveling is still really easy with server EXP at x35, you can also buy EXP Pots from cash shop. So shouldn't really take long at all. As for starter weapon you can get the dark soul weapon under (Cash Shop > Premium! > "Your class") at the last page.
To access the level up service go to the service panel on the homepage by logging in.
