[Patch Note] V3.21 - Woops, a little nerf to those abusive skills

Okay, I have to nerf demolition bomber and Demolition Charge.

They're way too abuse in terms of dying and reviving.


I can't seem to put casting time on the ultimate, so I nerfed the dmg by alot on the ultimate.
The Demolition charge got a slight nerf, not too hard.

And that concludes this tiny update.

BUG: 1. Shadow's ambush PvE version still doesn't have icon.
