i'm using an anti virus program now (kaspersky), after i installed Ex-Dr kaspersky del file laucher.exe because it's a trojan. so what should i do?

You can either make an exception in the antivirus and allow the patcher, or you can manually patch everytime and use launcher.bat to start the game.
