Puff Tower

Why there are maps I cannot teleport to?
At the moment of posting this there are only 3 maps I can go to... Odellia, Windia Plains and Bearded Whale...

if you're using the tower you can go only to the maps that you've already been in,however in the cash shop travel section you can buy teleport scrolls for most of the bosses for free,and for 100 cash you can permanently open one location to teleport to on the puff tower.
also,if you to a map listed in the puff tower using a teleport scroll you will be able to teleport to it through the tower interface afterwards.
