The insurance scroll protects the item from being destroyed. If you do not use it when soulcrafting from artifact to legendary, it will get destroyed upon failure. Most of the time.

If you use a seal scroll on a legendary item, it will be sealed again, if you then use premium unsealing scroll on it, it will turn into artifact with random options again.

Therefore, the best option is to use "Soulcraft Extractor" in the last page of upgrade to remove 1 option and re-do the value of your Soulforce while keeping 3 soulcraft options of your choice.
