Can't continue after Character Select

After I reach Character Select and select a character to play, I press begin and nothing happens. Is the server down or is just me? If it's me I don't know what's the problem.

My characters are in:
Edge of the World
Port of Winds
Odellia
Tutorial Area
Dragon Valley

The server was never down. When you try to enter one of the characters, it will say that the map is offline and to contact a GM.

"The map is offline". Meaning someone crashed it, and you have no choice but to wait for me to restart the map.

We keep getting 200 new threads about this, I have a thread already that you should post in if a map is down

Sorry about that, it's okay now. I was able to log in. But I never identified why wasn't able to log in pass Character select earlier.
