[Server Issues] 16.02 - 17.02 Stuck after selecting Channel

I am fully aware that we are currently having a unknown problem with the server where it suddenly makes all connections to the channel being frozen.

Once a character has entered, then log's off, they cannot enter the channel again. It will load forever.

This is a problem I can't really identify without testing it so myself.

there are currently no other way for me to fix this other than restarting the server, but hopefully throughout the day I will address the problem better.

I sincerely apologize that such a thing is not occuring, and that nobody has a clue to why it is happening.
