What are the general minimum requirements for someone to do Elga? Solo? In a party? I'm having a little bit of trouble figuring out where to go after I farmed a bunch of Bone Dragon and Paris but I'm not strong enough to do Elga. Thanks.

You can solo elga on any levels if you can anticipate his attacks and dodge well. If not i'd say requirement is around 100k defence to survive at least 3 hits.
