Problem with Login

Hello, i got a problem.
I entering the Client by Acc and Pass , enter in the chanel , The sellect the Character and i cant enter in the game
My friend got an account and from his account i enter in the game and i can play but in my account i cant playing.
my Character is Handsome .
yesterday i play not i cant i dont know what to do.
