i click OK and update next , ( Unable to check for updates, make sure this autopatcher is in ex-dragonica folder) ..

i have the new patch , the config , an config.ini ......

Antivirus or Firewalls are blocking the internet connection for ExDr_Patcher. This needs to be resolved for it to start automatic updating.

thanks fshnchps , i have start the update , but , my update 4.1 to next is start , and the download block at 00% , i not shure if the update is downloding .... i have wait 1hour.... and if i click quit the EX patcher , he says , do you want to cancel the update /:

Download the latest manual update, then patch from there instead.

Then your firewall or something else is blocking the server connection.

v4.95 is the latest, there is no other patch beyond that right now.

ho sorry ! , but , i can start the game , i log my ID and MPD and says

If you can't even access the website. Then something like antivirus, firewall or another program / router modem is blocking the IP Address of the server causing it impossible to visit website, or use the patcher.

I don't know what you have on your side, but you need to find out what is blocking it.
