1st you need to buy BDL set. (black dragon lord) from woodie shop at main website. you need 300 wcois for the whole set unlike before you need 600wcoins.
after you have all the set parts go to pow (port of winds) center and find midas and click him select master craft and there you'll see endarion items. follow all the things that the item required.
