Help with running th game

Hi i updated to last version, game didn't go past the loading screen (stops at white screen and stays there).
I manual updated after that, same thing happend,
Does anyone know how i can get past the 1st white screen please? Basically i press start from the launcher, it opens up the game window and sits there frozen on a white background. I tried witht he normal exe from release folder or the .bat launcher... same thing happens.

I suggest you check my sticky thread for troubleshooting.

Although I am under suspicious that this is result of config.xml in release folder having incorrect values that does not work for you.

Such as fullscreen / resolution width height.

Or this is simply the result of corrupt .dat files

i did also change the resolution to 0 it was set to 2... idk about the dat files, i did manual patch and change the res again with still no results

Redownload the client?

alright done that to.. same problem, it wont go past the white screen

any more ideas anyone? redownloading didnt help either

How much RAM, and what is your Graphic driver (GPU)
Do you have directx9 installed?

I've never really seen this problem before.

and my GPU is Nvidia GeForce 840M 2GB ... not sure why it doesn't work.. it just wont boot up to the login screen, have no clue why, i tried the run as admin and compatibility mode to, i have win 8.1

Well, I know that running it in compatibility mode or admin will make it not work. For some reason.

Anyway the only way I can think of trying to figure this problem out, is that you let me have a look and try to fix it over TeamViewer

its fine, i was really hoping to have a look at your server, guess ill try again some other time, just thinking if there was a different way i didnt try, but its turning out to be to much of a hassle, thank you for your assistance tough, hopefully im the only new guy with this issue trying to connect to the server

Yeah so far you are the only one with this problem strange

met before this problem, u just go to game root file > release > config(right click edit) >
find

<ITEM NAME="FULL_SCREEN" VALUE="2" /> then set the value as 1
<ITEM NAME="RESOLUTION_HEIGHT" VALUE="600" />then set the value as 768
<ITEM NAME="RESOLUTION_WIDTH" VALUE="800" />then set the value as 1366

and save, it should work, this problem cause by notebook that cant reach resolution 1900x1080 and turn into resolution error.

aw man... and i deleted the setup @_@.. hmm alright will redownload when i get some time and try it, i've done the resolution thing tough.. but not with fullscreen set at 1.. it was 2 or 0 with no success, ill come back with result if it worked or not

I tried the fullscreen to 1 thing and it worked, i got all the way to login and started making a character then the server went down ) hope thats not a common thing. So yup if you guys want to add this thing to troubleshooting, it will make it easyer for other people.
I dont know why i didnt try to change the value to 1.. i did all the other things

anyway the problem solved xD
