Problem when update patch 22/08/2015

Did you update your config.inb which was optional?
If you did, try replace it with your old config.inb. As the new one unlocks your FPS. While the old one caps it at a lower one.
If that's not the case at all, then it could be the background music we imbedded into the new patch that is taking long to load.
