So i just found this server after old server thats i use to play is closed and i want to ask u guy a few question, what is the exp,drop and gold rate and this server has custom featuer?? and also how do u get in game cash , by voting or in game hour or u can only get by donate?

Hello, I will try to answer all your questions.

Well the only thing I'm not sure about is the exp rate. In Elitepvpers.com it says its 30%exp rate. But you can also buy in Cash Shop Expx8 Potion and Jack beans.
But this server has an alternative for leveling, a Special Service.

The services can be found here -> Special Services

The Services "Jobchange and Level up" will be your first step. You can make your character Level 90 in an instant. And the Jobchange is done aswell. You just need to kill a level 1 Monster to gain all the levels.

There are also services like "The Bounty System" or "Gold to Cash"

You can buy all your Cash with that script. You get from 1 gold 2 cash.

As a good tip, if you started your adventure with a Level 90, head to Cherry Blossom for some money and then stright to Dragon Valley. The Dragon Valley Boss will give you 10k Gold every time.

Yea some skills are changed, like the sharpshooting skill from Sentinel or the awakening Skills of sorcerer. Sorcerer is very powerful at the beginning.
The best start for gear would be.. CP sets. after that you can buy with only 66k Cash a heirloom bone set from shop (Can be found Premium, choose your class and page 4)
Farming here is a little different, you can find at the special services the Bounty System, there you can get woody coins and some cash. The woody coins can be used for very good equipment. Like in big wheel or the woodi catalog.
Bountys can be get from Bone,Paris and Elga. But all of them are very very powerful! So you need some defense first. Go with the heirloom bone.

And so far yes, Elga is the best. But you can get also extremly powerful with Zauharant and a Soulforce of 800+. it will also give a huge def bonus with your armor. At the upgrades shop you can find Seal Scrolls and Premium Soul Remover, so you can make your equipment pretty fast artifact.

So how do you get soulforce to 999?? someone has give me a sword with 999 soul force but when i make other one to legendary its only has 255 soul force

Well, soulforce depends much on your luck. You will have to extract the item from Legendary to Artifact. (Extractors can be found at the Upgrades section, 3rd page.)

After you downgraded them, try your luck again. Soulforce 800+ is pretty good and gives a huge bonus of atk and def.

first is u can only get St patrick hat by Trick or treat event right?
I main Howitzer and i was planning on making him has as much as Crit chance as i can so which socket card should i go for since they all in chinese and i cant read most of them.

Yes the St. Patrick's day hat is only available from Trick or treat.
Howitzer is a very powerful class and critical rate will get the maximum out of it. At least for the beginning. Have in mind that there is a critical damage cap. Try to stay at a maximum of 200k critical damage.
And for your last problem I created a list today with all  Socket Cards from the shop. So check it out.

so i cant see soul force with all the option and socket card on equipment even after i change to any resolution, any solution?

you need 1400-1600 x ANY reso i think, or try linking it into the chatbox and view the eq

I suggest you to remove your element cards then put them back later.
