Lost some cash

I tried to teleport to some dungeon and I got "Requesting for map change .... ". It reach 5 seconds, after a while it disappears and a short after that the whole game is frozen and I have to shut it down.
Long story short, happened to me twice while i used 8x pot ( total 50k cash ). Can I get this cash or something ? I'm new and getting it is pretty hard by myself ..
