Make sure no other instances of "dragonica.exe" is running.
download an optional "config.inb" from downloads section.
Go to "release\" folder in game folder. Open "config.xml" make sure Fullscreen is set to "2", make sure the Width and Height is supported on your monitor. If you don't know, just type in 800 for width, 600 for height.
The game should never be started in fullscreen the very first time.
