    The patcher can't establish a connection to the server. A antivirus or firewall is blocking it. Thus it gives unhandled exception to remote "na".

    "na" not available can also be given when the patcher is opened from wrong folder or from a shortcut where it can't reach the patchconfig.ini which is loaded from the server, so anything blocking the internet access for the patcher will result in this aswell.

    Also make sure you have .NET Framework of the latest version installed on your system.
