If you had your service panel open for a long time and then voted. It might have a bad session which won't send your username along when you are voting.
Which lead to your IP being logged down as voted, but not your account.
To be sure you get your reward, EX-Dragonica must be a gold member on xtremetop100.
Including, you should be relogging on service panel before you click vote.
