Can i get my account back?

I know my account got banned because i was using Macro at BSQ.I didn't know i shouldn't use it and i turned it off on the spot when YeEunni told me at BSQ.I deeply apologize if i caused any problem and i give my word that it wont happen again, but please give me back my account

Is the ban permanent?

I take no part in staff decisions so personally I wouldn't know. But I am 100% Sure your violation has led to a permanent ban. A light ban/warning would be service ban for couple of days.

Permanent ban for using macro at BSQ?!?!The role of banning is to make players learn go by the rules not quit the game...

unfair to banned people using macro , there should bee a warning , atleast 3 chan warning system not just banned people like this !!! we play hard then easy banned people ???!!

hello , I have a question and would like to know about the use of macros. use macros that exist in the game is also reason to be banned?

You can use macro as long it does not effect the balance in bsq I believe
