EVENT PvP rules!! READ ME !!

PvP EVENT Rules

These rules will only be applied during pvp related events and tournaments
We want everyone to be in the range of each others stats, and not above 20% stronger than others. To make it balanced

The pvp gear requirements are the follow:

- Everyone is required to use the custom PvP Ring item which gives you all basic stats.
- You are not allowed to soulcraft any of the items
- You can only enchant your weapon up to +16 at max
- You can only wear gear with no extra stats, costumes with little to no defense are allowed.
- Everyone is required to use the Lv40 weapon that can be found in any merchant.
