Skill Bar Visual Bug

Hey guys, happy holidays
I just started playing on this server today but I have kind of a visual bug with the pve skills. I can't see the skill icons, the slot is only plain white but I can still use the skill. Maybe someone can help me with this problem and maybe has a solution Here is a screenshot of it.

I think you need to patch o-O;
We are currently at V3.46.

Ah ok. At first I had problems with Norton because it always blocked to patch and I thought it was done. Now it works, thank you
